- Titlel:� Amendment 0010 The purpose of this amendment is to replace Attch 3 (Pricing Template) with a revised version, extend the date for issuing advisory notifications, extend the date Phase 2 proposals are due, and extend the date past performance questionnaires are due.� 1. Attch 3 (Pricing Template) dated 7/25/2022 is hereby replaced with Attch 3 (Pricing Template) dated 8/1/2022. The Attch 3 dated 8/1/2022 of this amendment contains revised instructions and shall supersede all previous versions. 2.� Phase 1 Advisory Notifications to be issued by September 6, 2022. 3.� Offeror�s response to Advisory Down-Select Notifications are due within 72 calendar hours after Phase 1 Advisory Notifications are issued. 4.� Phase 2 proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on September 16, 2022. 5.� Past Performance Questionnaires are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on September 16, 2022. 6.� Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return the form when submitting Phase 2 proposals. 7.� Except as amended herein, all other provisions, terms, and conditions remain the same.
