Description: *****RESTRICTED TO NAVFAC WASHINGTON HUBZONE MACC CONTRACT HOLDERS***** The propose work is for Contractor to acquire contract services for design and construction to modify Building 201 Room 4W-334. The modification will include bringing the perimeter of the entire Conference space up to meet the sound attenuation standards of ICD 705, dividing the room into two separate rooms (by use of sliding and folding wall panels), the modification of mechanical systems and the installation of a new entrance.
