- Amendment 0001- General Repairs BDLG. 223 and 224 FT. Buchanan PR Amendment 1 incorporates the following: 1. Incorporate Revision 1 of the Statement of Work. 2. Incorporate Revision 1 of Bldg 223 draw ing A-1, A-2, D-1, D-2. 3. Incorporate Revision 1 of Bldg 224 draw ing A-1, D-1. 4. Incorporate Answers to Questions submitted by Vendors 5. Incorporate additional instructions to offeror information. 6. Incorporate Photos of some areas in B223 and B224 to assist Vendors. 7. The date and time for receipt of proposals is extended to 16 August 2022; 10:00 am (PR time) *NOTE: A signed copy of Amendment 1 needs to be submitted as part of the contractor proposal.� THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED HEREIN. ENSURE YOU CAREFULLY READ ENTIRE SOLICITATION TO INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS AND BASIS FOR AWARD. ENSURE YOU SUBMIT A DETAILED BREAKDOWN FOR CLIN 0001 AND ANOTHER FOR CLIN 0002 FOR EVALUATION. ENSURE YOU SUBMIT A BID BOND AS REQUIRED. ENSURE YOU READ, COMPLY, SIGN AND SUBMIT WITH YOUR PROPOSAL ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED IN THE FUTURE.� The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC- Fort Buchanan has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C322R0008 for General Repairs to Buildings 223 and 224 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 5 July 2022. The RFP is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside.� All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Hard copies of the RFP will not be available.� All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFP and amendments, if any.� Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal.� Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award.� Vendors that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
