- Bambi Bucket Aluminum Carts for the Nevada Army National Guard Reference RFQ# W9124X-22-Q-0029 Requesting Agency:� �� Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) Purchasing Agency:� �� NVARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office 2452 FAIRVIEW DR CARSON CITY, NV 89701 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 04/28/2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 3920 � Material Handling Equipment, Non-self-propelled. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires custom aluminum carts for transporting Bambi bucket wildland fire-fighting equipment during filed operations.� The following are required: CLIN Description Quantity 0001 UH-47 Bambi Bucket Flat Cart with Towing Handle 3 0002 UH-60 Bambi Bucket Table Cart 2 Salient Characteristics: UH-47 Bambi Bucket Flat Cart Requirements: Bed: 120� long X 42� wide Trailer to hold bucket with a steel cable winch to load the sled 1200 lb capacity/ Aluminum Construction Off road capable pneumatic tires - 15"" minimum Handle for towing - 2 3/4"" Diameter Lunette Ring UH-60 Bambi Bucket Table Cart Requirements: 42� wide 84� long 46� tall to facilitate lifting the bucket by two straps underneath. 1000 lb capacity/ Aluminum Construction Off road capable pneumatic tires - 15"" minimum Sample photos of existing carts are included in this solicitation.� These carts in the sample photos do not meet all of the listed salient characteristics, but are similar and currently in use.
