Description

All Proposal are to be submitted via email to Cordell.Bailey@ihs.gov This is a Total Small Business Set Aside with preference to Native American Owned Small Business per HHSAR 326.600-2 Buy Indian Act acquisition regulations.� This clause is included in Full Text. All Small Businesses are encouraged to respond in the event no Native American Owned Small Business is successful. The work to be performed under these provisions shall include the furnishing of all plant, labor, tools, equipment, and material necessary to conduct a geotechnical engineering investigation for a proposed Water Storage Tank (WST) at the Grindstone Indian Rancheria (GIR).
