- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Cepheid, Sunnyvale, California 94089 on a sole source basis to provide maintenance service for two (2) GeneXpert Systems already onsite, GeneXpert (GX16-12), S/N 821814 and GeneXpert (GX4-4), S/N 704298. The Department of Laboratory medicine utilizes the systems for rapid detection of multidrug resistant organisms and tuberculosis that are of epidemiological significance in clinical patient samples from patients enrolled in NIH protocols.
