- AMENDMENT 01: SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR AMENDMENT 01 See attachemnts for purchase description. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-22-Q-1120, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 5/26/2022. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 322230 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Basis for award is Price. The following commercial rain resistant printing is requested in this solicitation: The Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs), quantities (QTY) and unit of issue (UOI) are as follows: CLIN 0001: Tactical Safety Guidebook (rain resistant printing), QTY/UOI: 2,500 / Each See Attachment #1 for complete purchase description and Attachment #2 for Tactical Safety Guidebook for review. Delivery location: Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave., Johnston, IA 50131 Proposed price for each Guidebook shall be firm-fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all management, labor, tooling, supplies, delivery, and all other associated expenses required to provide the Tactical Safety Guidebooks as described within Attachments #1.
