- This is a request for information (�RFI�). The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research. DLA Troop Support�s Outside the Continental United States (�OCONUS�) Subsistence Prime Vendor (�SPV�) Program is interested in your comments regarding a potential five (5) year solicitation for full-service food support to our military and other federally funded customers located throughout the countries of Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, and Syria, particularly concerning benefits, challenges, cost implications, and general operations on the ground in this area of responsibility (�AOR�). Military and other federally funded customers include, but are not limited to, the Army, Air Force, and Department of State.
