Amendment 1 This amendment reflects the revisons to the RFQ document, Price sheet and extended to 7/18/2022.� 1 Set aside clairification. This is a Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set aside. Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) has been removed.� 2.�52.243-1 Changes-Fixed-Price Alternate I Aug 19 has been updated 3. The Contract Line Item Numbering has been updated.� END OF AMENDMENT The Billings Area � Crow Service Unit (CSU), Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-22-011-JJP for Regulated Medical Waste Disposal Services, Crow Service Unit and outlying Clinics listed in the Statement of Work. The CSU/IHS intends to award One (1) Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Medical Waste Disposal Services as provided in the scope of work. The procurement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37.101, Non-Personal Services, Subject to the Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number: 2015-5397 Revision: 17 Date: 03/15/2022. This procurement is set aside for�Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) qualified offerors only This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular FAC 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 562112 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. Offerors are requested to propose an all-inclusive cost when submitting a quotation Questions are due June 28th; please submit questions to Johnna Pryor at johnna.pryor@ihs.gov for Technical Questions. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. Offers shall be submitted via email to johnna.pryor@ihs.gov no later than 2:00pm MST, July 18, 2022. The offer may also be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the time specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and your company's name and address. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
