Description

INVITATION FOR BID, W91364-22-B-0005, ITAM Trail Phase 5 The purpose of this project is to improve an existing trail along the south perimeter of Group 7 (Training Area 71) on Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Site (CJAG) to eventually connect to South Service Road. This project is for Phase 5 of that trail and include approximately 17,000 ft of trail. The project includes all associated earth work, fence demolition, culvert installation, and site restoration.� This is a 100%�Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 237990 Small Business Size Standard $39,500,000. Magnitude of Construction is Between: $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract Duration is 300 Days after Notice to Proceed. Site Visit Information: There will be two scheduled site visits on 08 & 15 August 2022 at 1130 EST meet at building 1068. Bid Opening Information: Bids shall be submitted in person at the bid opening.� Questions/Answers:�All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than�18 August 2022.�Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.gov no later than 22 August 2022.
