Amendment # P00001: This is to post the Amendment # P00001 to the solicitation as attached. Operation and Maintenance Services for the IRS Ogedn Service Center. Basic services consists of: Facility Operations (PWS 3.1) Building Systems Water Treatment (PWS 3.2), Service Calls (PWS 3.3),& Preventive Maintenance (PWS 3.4) This procurement is a small business set-aside competition under GSA MAS schedule # 561210FAC, and NAICS 561210 with size standard of $41.5 million and being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.4.� Solicitation Administrator: Mach.Ngo@irs.gov Offerors must have a valid GSA schedule at the time of proposal submission and fill in the GSA contract number in the below blank space. All terms and conditions of GSA Contract # _____________________ apply to this BPA in addition to the terms and conditions incorporated herein, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Service Contract Act (SCA), the Davis Bacon Act (DBA), and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
