Small Business Set-Aside: SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Description: Dover AFB is in search of a vendor that can provide an Elkhart Brass Sidewinder 7161X2(UHP) turret. This turret cannot be rebuilt due to a coating process used to withstand the 1300 PSI of pressure developed by using a Ultra High Pressured System. The turret accounts for 3000 gallons of the required 13,100 gallons of Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting capability to safely operate in the flight line.
