Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, to procure: AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE NETWORK LICENSE, to be delivered to multiple location at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334614, and the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001: ANSI NETWORK LICENSE (RENEWAL) AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE NETWORK LICENSE LICENSE AGREEMENT RENEWAL COVERS THREE YEARS (15 SEPTEMBER 2022 - 14 SEPTEMBER 2025) INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE & SEE ATTACHED LICENSE OEM: AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE INC 1899 L ST NW 11TH FLOOR WASHINGTON DC 20036-3804 PH: (212)642-4942 This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-22-Q-0199 and it is expected to be posted on or around 4 August 2022. Quotes will be due by 12:00 PM EST on 9 August 2022and may be emailed to the attention of Ginger Beasley (ginger.beasely@dla.mil).
