- Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC, Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Hamilton Products Group Inc., 1030 Round Bottom Road, Milford, OH 45150. The Government has a requirement for a Security Container, Part number 54-39-24, Class 5 GSA 24"" vertical rack mount. Hamilton Products is the sole manufacturer and distributor of these container units. Hamilton Products is the only manufacturer that can provide the container configurations meeting GSA Class 5 Security Containers Approvals and Federal Specification AA-C-2786 approvals. This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be posted. No electronic or hard copy solicitation will be prepared or made available for distribution. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses received within the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than Wednesday, August 10, 2022 by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses to this announcement may be submitted to teaira.l.hawley.civ@us.navy.mil. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
