SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Description This Sources Sought notice is issued to identify and determine the level of interest among both Large and Small businesses including qualified VETBIZ registered Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB). Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition approach and/or set-aside strategy which meets procurement regulations. This Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice is seeking sources offering the product described below: The Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) has a brand name requirement for a Smith & Nephew Spider2 Limb Positioner (P/N 72203299) and related accessories. Full requirements below: Qty 1 - Spider2 Limb Positioner (P/N 72203299) Qty 1 - Spider2 Battery (P/N 72203301) Qty 1 - Spider2 Battery Charger (P/N 72203840) Qty 1 - Cart (P/N 72200918) Qty 2 - Piggy Back (P/N 7210570) Qty 2 - Connector (P/N 7210571) Delivery location: 420 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH 43219 Interested vendors are requested to respond to this notice no later than 10:00 AM EST 9 Aug 2022 via email to steve.bauer@va.gov.
