Description

Intent to sole source a bridge contract for Operations & Maintenance support for NRC's Enterprise Acquisition Toolset (NEAT) for a Base Period of six months and two three-month options for a maximum of one year, while the NRC prepares for a competition for the requirement.�NEAT is a single authoritative master data repository and provides comprehensive visibility, transparency, and reporting capability into the agency�s spending. NEAT is also a repository for all NRC acquisition-related templates, samples, guidance, and training materials. The NEAT portal is utilized by government and contractor personnel including, but not limited to, Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Specialists, Contracting Officer�s Representatives (CORs), Grants Specialists, Acquisition and Grants Managers, Small Business Representatives, Program Managers and any other groups or individuals that the NRC deems necessary to grant access to. In addition, NEAT provides customized acquisition reporting with financial data that are updated on a nightly basis. The objective of this acquisition is to procure technical services that provide O&M support for the NRC�s NEAT portal. This includes bug fixes, software patches, baseline code and configuration changes as well as minor software improvements.
