- Description
- Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Contract for Commercial Facility Management (CFM) Services at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office (WFO). Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) National Capital Region (NCR), Washington, DC intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for a three-month base period.� The contract work will be performed at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office (WFO) located at 601 4th Street, NW, Washington, DC.� The intended source will be the Chenega Applied Solutions, LLC.� The contract will provide for the following services: Commercial Facility Management (CFM) Services,� Operations and Maintenance (O&M)� Custodial Vertical Transportation and Related Services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1: �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements�.�� The current commercial facility management contract expires on July 31, 2022.� The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently working on a procurement for an interim contract prior to the expiration of the current contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals as no solicitation package will be issued.� GSA will consider any bids, proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Any response shall be submitted via e-mail to Jose Nativisegovia, Contracting Officer at jose.nativisegovia@gsa.gov and Tracie Jefferson, Contracting Specialist, via email at tracie.jefferson@gsa.gov NO LATER THAN Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 12 PM (EST). The agency will consider any such submission.
