- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912TF-22-Q-0032, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 � Computer Systems Designs Services. �This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business size standard of $30 million dollars or less, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 24 Aug 2022 at 1600 hrs Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a travel CLIN on a cost reimbursable basis. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items:�� �� CLIN 0001: �SharePoint Migration (Firm Fixed price) (QTY= 1 JOB) Migrate existing New Hampshire Army National Guard web-based content to internal SharePoint site utilizing site structure templates while providing guidance on managing user access and permissions.� Reference paragraphs 5.0 through 5.4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).��� CLIN 0002:� Create SharePoint Content (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The contractor shall design workflows/automated process for new SharePoint site.� The contractor shall also create dashboards for program areas as well as shared calendars that can be maintained according to organizational needs with the ability to tie-in to Microsoft Teams.� Reference paragraphs.� Reference paragraphs 5.5 through 5.5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS). CLIN 0003:� Provide On-Going SharePoint Support (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The contractor shall provide on-going SharePoint to include troubleshooting, administrative support, monthly ticket status reports.� As part the on-going support, the contractor shall also be required to attend bimonthly on project status updates.� Reference paragraphs 5.6 through 5.7.2 of the performance work statement (PWS). CLIN 0004:� Training (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The Contractor shall provide training for administrators, owners, and user on how to manage their own content, upload documents, modify content, set calendar appoints, etc at least once every three months.� Reference paragraphs 5.8 through 5.9 of the performance work statement (PWS).�� CLIN 0005:� Option Year 1 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The first option year to provide on-going content creation, technical support, and training as described in CLINS 0002 through CLINS 0004. CLIN 0006:� Option Year 2 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The first option year to provide on-going content creation, technical support, and training as described in CLINS 0002 through CLINS 0004. CLIN 0007:� Option Year 3 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The first option year to provide on-going content creation, technical support, and training as described in CLINS 0002 through CLINS 0004. CLIN 0008:� Option Year 4 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The first optIon year to provide on-going content creation, technical support, and training as described in CLINS 0002 through CLINS 0004. CLIN 0009:� Contractor Travel (COST-REIMBURSEMENT) (QTY = 1 JOB) The successful offeror must be willing to travel to JFHQ at 1 Minuteman Way in Concord, NH to provide training.� Travel shall occur three times annually and costs shall not exceed $3,500 per year. �All travel must be authorized by the Government in advance.� Interested parties should see below �Instructions to Offers� for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1) Interested parties should also see below �Evaluation factors� for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2) Quotes must be valid for 60 days.� All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 28 Jul 2022 to Victoria Eshenour at victoria.s.eshenour.civ@army.mil. �Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. �If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Statement of Work requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. �The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email and include the Solicitation Number W912TF-22-Q-0032.�� �For example, the subject of your email should be similar to the following: Quote Submission by Company XXXXX Solicitation Number W912TF-22-Q-0032 or Company XXXXX, Question Regarding Solicitation Number W912TF-22-Q-0032.� This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
