- ********Solicitation updated 22 July 2022 to incorporate Solicitation Amendment FA469022Q00210002. The new documents are available in the solicitation attachments below.� The solicitation due date is extended as a result of this amendment.******** A site visit occurred on 12 July 2022 at 8:00 am local time.� Interested vendors were highly encouraged to attend this Site Visit to ensure they attain the greatest possible understanding of the requirement and facilities to be serviced.� All questions and comments on this Solicitation were submitted in writing to andrew.omalley.2@us.af.mil no later than 15 July 2022 by 3:00pm MDT.� �Questions have been answered via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 3:00pm on 12 August 2022 to andrew.omalley.2@us.af.mil . Please title all submissions with the following subject line: Quote_FA469022Q00210002_Hoist Modification The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the modification of three hoists in a munitions maintenance facility to allow operation on an overhead rail system that meets the requirements of the attached performance work statement.�This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. The priced quote will be evaluated against the performance work statement IAW 52.212-2 to determine acceptability. The North American Industry�Classification System (NAICS) code of this acquisition is 333923 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside.��� All offerors must maintain a current SAM registration in order to submit a proposal, recieve a contract award and to recieve any payment. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov �in order to receive an award for this procurement. SAM registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.�
