Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Hawaii City:�Honolulu, Kapolei, Mililani and Ewa Delineated Area:�City Limits of Honolulu,�City Limits Kapolei ,�City Limits Mililani and City Limits of Ewa Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�20,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�25,000 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�3 Parking Spaces (Surface):�3 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�3 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�15 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered will provide for the efficient layout and meet the following parameters: a. Should not exceed 3:1 length to width ratio. b. Should not be �U� or �L� shaped. c. Should not have atriums, light wells or other areas interrupting contiguous space. d. Should not have irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage. e. Should not have column spacing less than 20 feet center to center. f. Should provide adequate ceiling height in the ceremony room and audio room. g.� Within 30 minute commuting time of a major airport at any hour of the day, including rush hour. h. Space offered must be contiguous and on one floor. i. MEPS should not be located where alcoholic beverages are served. j. MEPS cannot be located near loud noise producing activities to include airport flight paths. k. MEPS cannot be collocated with drug and alcohol rehab or confinement facilities. l. MEPS cannot be located where crime exceeds city wide average. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
