The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Cubic Defense Applications, Inc, UID N7NUHPAKNME8, CAGE Code 94987 of Address 9333 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, California 92123 Line Items No.DescriptionQuantityUnit Price Total 0001Test Set Portable Port CDL Test Set1 Each The Government intends to negotiate solely with Cubic Defense Application, Inc, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one Source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 (# of employees). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to joseph.s.bancod.civ@us.navy.mil by 8th August 2022, 08:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
