- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T22Q0048 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333995, Fluid Power Cylinder and Actuator Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure two (2) Fatigue-Rated Hydraulic Test Actuators that meets the specifications in the attached RFQ. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted.
