Description: This solicitation is to established a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a firm to provide ram target training vehicles for the FLETC campus located in Cheltenham, Maryland.� These vehicles will be used by the Driver Training Division to instruct law enforcement students how to properly ram vehicles during training scenarios.� Orders shall be placed monthly by call or email from authorized individuals.� There is NO minimum guarantee.
