Description

The Lexington VA Health Care System - Troy Bowling Campus, located at 1 1101 Veterans Dr, Lexington, KY, has a requirement for a healthcare construction contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision needed to Renovate 1a Second Floor for Cardiology and Specialty Clinics in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and drawings provided. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this procurement action. The small business size standard is $36.5M. The estimated range of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Seeking experienced contractors in healthcare construction, with project magnitudes of $3,000,000.00 or greater in new construction, alteration, or renovation of completed projects over the past 5 years. Experience with coordination of multiple trades working in a hospital environment during normal business operations, ensuring that care is taken to maintain ICRA measures are at all times.
