Page 3 of 3 This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 at 124 E HWY 67 Suite 100, Duncanville, Texas 75137 to identify sources that are capable of providing a four-drawer security filling cabinet for The Central Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS). Temple, TX 76504. Specification requirements. design brand or equal requirement ITEM # ITEM DESCRIPTION UI GSA GLOBAL SUPPLY GSA APPROVED SECURITY FILING CABINET, 4 7110-01-563-1689 Parchment,58-1/2"" H x 20-7/8"" W x 28"" D, Included Lock: FF-L-2740, Style 1. Class 6 - Resistant to 20 man-hours surreptitious entry, 30 man-minutes covert entry. No forced entry requirements. Size III - 4 drawer, legal size. Design ML - Multiple Lock. Style K - Key changeable combination lock. Estimate container 609 lbs. maximum. Estimate container 19.79 cubic feet maximum. Uninsulated filing cabinets which are designed to meet the filing and storage criteria for classified National Security Information set forth in the implementing Directive (32 CFR part 2001.42) for Executive Order 13526, which provides standards for the safeguarding of national security information. QPL-AA-F-358. 1 EA Background: Background: The Central Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) has a requirement to purchase of One four-draw security filing cabinet System with an authorized vendor to supply and deliver the item(s) identified in Table 2 above. This requirement is in support of a basis of design brand or equal requirement. Warranty and Support: The warranty and support must cover all components of the requirement in accordance with standard manufacturer s commercial warranty Delivery Location: Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Building 163 1901 South First St. Temple, TX 76504 If this is a supply your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, 11 August 2022. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: 5.1 Please respond to this notice if you can provide the Brand Name or Equal listed in the table in the background section above. In the response, please cite your business size status. a. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. b.
