- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research. This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking both manufacturers and/or distributors of the exact match or functionally for FLEXLOCK TEMPERATURE PROBES to the following listed below on Wednesday August 10, 2022; NLT 1PM CST via e-mail only to Jesus Casiano; jesus.casiano@va.gov. Please title email with Solicitation Number and Proposal Submission. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may not be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. Questions: All questions must be received by Wednesday August 10, 2022; NLT 1PM CST All questions submitted for this solicitation must be electronically sent to the following email address: to Jesus Casiano; jesus.casiano@va.gov. Please title email with Solicitation Number Questions/Proposal Submission. Questions received after the stated date and time, may be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Vendors are asked to please provide negative responses and referenced as No Bid . Statement of Work (SOW) GENERAL The contractor shall comply with Federal, State, local laws and regulations applicable to the performance of this contract. SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Contractor will deliver, unpack and install the equipment during normal business hours unless prior authorization is given by the COR, Contracting Officer or designated representative. 2.2 The Contractor is responsible for providing all items listed on the quote and fully installing the equipment, calibrating, testing, and evaluating the equipment after installation to include all other agreements pursuant to the quote and training of on-site staff in use of equipment. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The contractor shall provide all required service and parts for the VA equipment in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer specifications. Reference below for equipment type and the required service. Equipment: Flexlock Temperature Monitoring System Equipment Manufacturer: Omnicell Equipment Model: 179040 Location: Dallas VA Medical Center, Dallas, TX Items Include: ASSY, Cable, TEMP Probe, FL 2-3.0 ASSY, Bottle, W/LOGO & CAP, Flexlock 2.0 Spool, Cable, Flexlock 2.0 Holder, Bottle, Flexlock CDC Glycol, Propylene, Food Grade, 99.9 Per, 4oz All items are for temperature probe and glycol solution needed to get temperature monitoring installed on the existing Omnicell flexlocks. The equipment must interface with VISTA, CPRS and Pharmacy Program Management.
