- CA ERFO 2020-1(1) Smittle Creek Trail Bridges Request For Qualifications� The Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a ""two phased"" Design-Build (D-B) selection process for the Smittle Creek Trail Bridges Project. Under this Notice, CFLHD is soliciting D-B firms/teams (Proposer) to participate in Phase One � Request for Qualifications (RFQ) � of the selection process. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. A solicitation package is not available. A non-mandatory pre-proposal Microsoft Teams meeting will be held on August 16, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., Local Mountain Time. A request must be sent to CFLcontracts@dot.gov for registration. A Microsoft Teams calendar invitation will be sent NLT August 15, 2022, 10:00 a.m., Local Mountain Time. There will be no summary of the Microsoft Teams meeting for those who do not participate. All questions must be consolidated and submitted on a word document and emailed to CFLcontracts@dot.gov with 6982AF22R000005 � CA ERFO 2020-1(1) Smittle Creek Trail Bridges - SOQ RFI in the subject line. Questions must be submitted by August 24, 2022, 2:00 p.m. Local Mountain Time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; the small business size standard is $39.5 million. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will only be accepted from Proposers intending to provide complete services required under the Contract. Responses from individual engineering, construction, or consultant firms not offering to provide all required services will be deemed non-responsive and will not be accepted. SUBMIT ONE (1) COPY OF YOUR RESPONSE BY 2:00 PM Local Mountain Time, September 8, 2022, to the following email address: cflcontracts@dot.gov (fax and mailed copies will not be accepted).
