- OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2022 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N22B0015 for Oregon Slough Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2022. This dredging project includes dredging work at North Portland Harbor in Portland, Oregon and the Columbia River in Oregon and Washington. The contractor shall furnish a suitable clamshell dredge plans and scow(s) and support equipment to perform all work required to remove the specified materials from within the dredging pay area limits. Approximately 250,000 cubic yards will be dredged as mandatory line items, with additional optional items of 50,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The in-water work windows for this location is 1 September 2022 � 31 January 2023. This procurement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $30 million. The magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
