Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (OAA) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statue. Award will be given to Gritter Francona, Inc., 15245 Shady Grove RD, Ste. 430, Rockville, MD 20850-3242, (Cage Code 6WCJ3). The requirement is for a non-personal service contract to provide Administrative, Human Resources (HR) Management (Military and Civilian) Force Management Support Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The proposed award will be for a period of 12 months. Anticipated Contract period of performance is 30 September 2022 to 29 September 2023. Procurement History: Vendor: Gritter Francona, Inc. � Current Contract: W91CRB21C0053 Award amount: $492,360.84 This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, 22 August 2022. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror�s bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via e-mail if the total file size is less than 5MB.
