NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � LOCH NESS PRODUCTIONS Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), �Only one responsible source� based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with LOCH NESS PRODUCTIONS, POST OFFICE BOX 924, NEDERLAND, CO 880466-0924 for: Loch Ness Productions (fulldome license 20-yr): Astronomy/3000 Yrs, EXOPLANETS, Seasonal STARGAZING California Academy of Sciences: Incoming!, fulldome license 10-yr Creative Planet: EXPLORE, fulldome license 50-yr Fiske Planetarium shows (Small/Medium): Explorations 2,4,5,6, Cosmic Origins Spectrograph, and Muscles This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 08/10/2022 by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Elisabet.d.Wallace.civ@army.mil.
