Description

Project Description: The project includes the design and construction for the expansion of the VA Charleston campus parking by constructing�a new parking garage structure adjacent to the existing garage to address the needs of VA patients, employees, and visitors by providing�additional parking spaces. This Solicitation is hereby posted and is active as of 19 January 2022.� Amendment 00001 is hereby posted and active as of 31 January 2022. Amendment 00001 is issued to provide Specification Changes. Amendment 00002 is hereby posted and active as of 9 February 2022. Amendment 00002 is issued to provide updated Proposal Instructions. ______________________________________________________________________________ SAM Posting Amendment 0003, The purpose of this amendment is to initiate Phase II of the Solicitation. Only those selected to particiapte in Phase II following evaluation of�Phase I may participate. See summary of changes for Amendment 0003 updates.� Amendment 00003 is hereby issued posted and active as of 19 July 2022. ______________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 00004 is issued to provide the Site Visit sign-in log, to provide As-built drawings for reference ONLY, they are not to be used as design drawings for the new deck.� Phase II proposal due date is changed to September 2,2022.� Amendment 00004 is hereby issued posted and active as of 8 August 2022.
