Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other items necessary. The contractor will remove old carpet from the 7th Contracting Squadron�s Large Conference in building 7238.and replace it with standard color vinyl plank flooring, vinyl 4� cove base, and install vinyl transition strips or similar flooring (non-carpet).
