Combo Synopsis/Solicitation �For 4th Axis Training and Installation for our HAAS VF4 552 MXS/MXMFM Tinker AFB, OK F3YTAJ2181AW01 (IAW FAR 12.603) This will be a Direct Award to: Phillips Corporation Inc., Federal Division, Cage Code 3MPQ0 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Sustainment Center Operational Division (AFSC/PZIOA) located at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for 4th axis training and installation for our HAAS VF4.� See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further information regarding the services required. �Issue Date: 4 August 2022 �Proposals Due Date: 19 August 2022, 2:00 P.M. Local processing office (LPO) is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system.
