- Description
- The contractor shall work with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Management and Leadership Program Manager to provide leadership/executive coaching services to PBGC�s executives (Senior Level �SL), and selected individuals at the GS-15, GS-14, and GS-13 levels. The main objective of coaching is to increase the leadership capacity within the Corporation by attending to the individual developmental needs of coaching clients. Leadership coaching is voluntary and confidential at PBGC.� Coaching focuses primarily on leading self by: Developing self-awareness of fundamental leadership dimensions Gaining better understanding of one�s impact on others Improving and enhancing personal effectiveness The contractor shall provide the personnel and services necessary to perform Leadership/ Executive Coaching to selected PBGC individuals, i.e., coaching clients who voluntarily enter coaching. This contract will cover one type of coaching�individual coaching: 12 sessions of individual coaching of approximately 1.5 hours each (18 hours total) for an estimated duration of ten months. 6 sessions of individual coaching of approximately 1.5 hours each (9 hours total) for an estimated duration of six months. 3 sessions of individual coaching of approximately 1.5 hours each (3 hours total) for an estimated duration of three months. All the coaching clients will be designated to one type of coaching for the entire duration of the coaching engagement. A coaching engagement is an arrangement for the leadership/executive coach to coach/work with the PBGC coaching client for a specific duration that must end before the expiry date of the contract period of performance. The number of sessions can be for 12, 6, or 3 coaching sessions; each session is an hour and a half. The coaching sessions are distributed according to the individual developmental needs of the client. For additional details, please review attached RFQ.
