- AMENDMENT 1:�The purpose of this amendment is to post the Government's reponses to questions submitted from 1 August 2022 through 9 August 2022 and to change the site visit time. Just a reminder that questions are due no later than 3:00 PM CST, 18 August 2022 � Thursday. UPDATED SITE VISIT INFORMATION:�Site visit will be held at 10:00am CST on Thursday -- 11 August 2022. Transportation will be provided throughout the duration of the site visit. Please reach out to A1C Lane via email at brendan.lane.3@us.af.mil if you are interested in attending and he will provide further details.RSVP due date will be 12:00pm CST on Wednesday. SOLICITATION: Please respond to this solicitation by emailing response to: A1C Lane at E-mail: brendan.lane.3@us.af.mil no later than 2:00pm CST, 31 August 2022 �� Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM CST, 18 August 2022 � Thursday. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after 18 August 2022.�It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor the site for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award. SITE VISIT INFORMATION:�A site visit will be held at 9:00am CST on Wednesday -- 11 August 2022. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
