Project No. AJJY 22-1057 Repairs for LOX Plant B-26224, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam PROPOSAL DUE DATE & TIME: Date: Wednesday, 07 September 2022 Time: 0900 (ChST) as indicated in SF 1442 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide multiple repairs which include demolition and construction for renovation of LOX Plant Building 26224 to be used as a storage facility. Site Improvements includes demolition of an existing mechanical enclosure and removal of an existing power conditioner that is no longer used. The work includes removing all existing unused appurtenances from the old oxygen generating equipment such as concrete pads, electrical/mechanical equipment, and other related items. The work also includes concrete infill of the existing openings on the roof and walls. Existing single doors and motorized roll-up doors will be replaced. Exhaust fans and make-up air vents will be provided. Existing exterior/interior walls, ceilings and floor will be patch and repaired to received new finish. Electrical work includes removal of existing equipment/fixtures and providing lighting at the new storage area, power for motorized roll up doors, mechanical ventilation, and general receptacle. MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204 (f)): $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 300 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) SITE VISIT: 16 August 2022 at 0930 ChST (See Attachment 8) REQUEST FOR CONTROLLED ATTACHMENTS: Send an email request to the Point of Contacts (POC�s) listed below for the controlled attachments (Attachments 2 & 3).
