- Pre-Solicitation On or about 09 August 2022, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for �Garrison Project Rip Rap Supply Purchase�.� The solicitation will close on or about 24 August 2022.�� The solicitation is Restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: (Not applicable). Project Description:� This work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to furnish and stockpile stone protection in accordance with these specifications and the location maps at the Government Bay and Wolf Creek Recreation Areas. Wolf Creek is located in the SE 1/4 of Section 13, T147N, R84W in McLean County, ND approximately five miles southwest of Coleharbor, ND. Government Bay Recreation Area is located in the N1/2 of Section 34, T147N, R84W approximately 0.5 miles north of Rivedale, ND. The Wolf Creek Recreation Area is located in the SE1/4 Section 13, T47N, R84W approximately six miles west of Coleharbor, ND. The Contractor shall control operations during production of stone protection material so as to ensure that the material delivered and stockpiled will meet all specification requirements. NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 212319, Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying.
