- ***Interested Contractors shall read the Brand Name Justification and BOM attachments for full product specifications and requirements*** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section, National Acquisition Programs Unit (NAPU) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the FBI Phoenix Division, for the purpose of procuring Brand Name Only security equipment (see Justification for Limited Competition attachment).� This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13.�All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI in SAM.gov. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).� NAICS Code: �561621, Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths) Size Standard: $22.0M The period of performance for this requirement will be: Products are to be received within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of award, unless otherwise noted by the Contracting Officer. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ.��All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.
