The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award firm fixed price contract to authorized sellers of Teledyne RDI Sentinel V ADCP.� This procurement is brand name for the following reason:� The Teledyne equipment that NSWC PCD currently uses will integrate with the Teledyne RDI Sentinel V ADCP on this order.� If another item were to be chosen, the Government would be required to replace much of the current Teledyne RD Instruments, resulting in significant cost to the program and Government.� Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
