LBL0454; LABEL, WHITE WOVEN, HEAT APPLIED, 1�x3 ��. SOLICITATION 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Non-manufacturer Rule Applies: A recipient of a contract set-aside for small business, other than the actual manufacturer or processor, must provide the products of a small business.
