Description

This contract action was awarded as a sole source award under the SBA Partnership Agreement 8(a) (FAR 19.8).��This contract was 8(a) direct award that was accepted by SBA under SBA requirements number XE1660154012J awarded to JAMES' ELECTRICAL CONTROL, INC in Washington DC in accordance with 13 CFR 124.503 and in accordance with (IAW) the Partnership Agreement between the DOJ and Small Business Administration as implemented by FAR Subpart 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). This vendor (JAMES' ELECTRICAL CONTROL, INC.) is in good standing with SBA�s 8(a) Business Development (BD) Program and is small in size for the proposed award NAICS. �This is for services emergency support to repair, upgrade, and install equipment for the DOJ RFK Main Justice building.� ���The Government awarded this as a firm fixed purchase order. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers.� A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of informational use only that may be potentially useful for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement consideration for future or potential procurements of similar work. This sole source order to JAMES' ELECTRICAL CONTROL, INC has been issued without further notice as this is a small business under the SBA 8(a) program. *This is a new requirement that is eexpected to be completed near 09/30/2022 (tentative). *The anticipated dollar value of the requirement, including options (if any), is not expected to exceed: $150,661.86
