Description

This notice acts as a synopsis and notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action to IDSC Holdings LLC (Snap-On Industrial) to acquire�an Automated Tool Control (ATC) Level 5 Toolbox with proprietary Software/53� Kit.� �The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 332510, Hardware Manufacturing and has a size standard of $23M. �The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, the Government will consider all proposals received in response to this notice by the deadline below.
