Description

Synopsis: NASAINSSC has a requirement for Vistacom Camera Safety and Visualization system at steam plant. NASAINSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to VISTACOM, INC, 1902 Vultee ST, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18 103-2958 under the authority ofF AR 13.106- l (b)(l )(i). It has been determined that VISTACOM, INC.is the sole provider ofVistacom Camera Safety and Visualization system at steam plant. NASAINSSC will be the procuring center for this effo1i. Perfonnance will be located at NASA/ Langley Research Center (LARC). The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Pa1i 1 2 and FAR Pa1i 13. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238210 Interested organizations may subinit their capabilities and qualifications to perfonn the effo1i in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Ll-:00 P..m. Central Standard Time on 8/15/2022. Such h capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the pmpose of determining whether or not to conduct t is procurement on a competitive basis. A detennination by the Government not to compete this proposed effo1i on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
