Description

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows: 14.1 Proposal due date extended until 23 August 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time. 14.2 The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed with an electronic or PDF scanned signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance with FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all Offerors in accordance w ith the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to _Construct Sprinkler System Buildings 41418 and 41420 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of aw ard. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Proposals are due 12 August 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.
