This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. �The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Hydropac, 1361 Brass Mill Rd. Suite J, Belcamp, MD 21017 for the following products: Manufacturer Hydropac� 1)�� �Catalog # HYP-2524 4X Master Carton - 72,000 sterile valves w/36 rolls of hydroseal pouches Qty: 1 � 2)�� �CAT # HYP-5109 10 Micron Filter for Ultra Filtration System QTY: 2 3)�� �CAT # HYP-5110 Filter 1.2 micron for ult-filt sys QTY: 2 4)�� �CAT # HYP-5111 Filter 0.2 micron ult-filt sys QTY: 2 5)�� �CAT # HYP-5112 Filter 0.1 micron ult-filt sys QTY: 2� 6)�� �Shipping cost (FOB DESTINATION) The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
