Description

Tyler Federal LLC proprietary owner and sole provider of the Tyler Case Management Development Platform. As such, no other vendor or provider is available in the marketplace to meet the established requirements. The IS3 application is developed on the Tyler Case Management Development Platform (formerly entellitrak/ETK) and hosted in the High AWS GovCloud. Additional features and enhancements of the application will subsume functionality and data associated with the legacy Report Management System (RMS). The additional periods of performance will allow for the remaining RMS functionality to be wholly subsumed into IS3. These supplies/ services require the engagement of application software development/implementation team experienced with IS3; along with a technical team experienced with the hosting of the application/system in the High AWS GovCloud and the associated 400+ security controls associated with NIST High system. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, any valid responses (i.e. capability statement / brochure addressing the aforementioned criteria utilized to conduct market research, proposal and/or quotation) received prior to the closing date/time of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible may be based on responses to this notice and is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received by the closing date/time of this notice, an order will be placed with the identified vendor.
