Description

Healthcare level laundry services for an outpatient athletic training clinic on a biweekly basis. Provide all necessary phases of linen operations to include pick up, transportation, and distribution. Linen services require processing government or contractor owned linen for authorized hospital wards, clinics, and other customers. Linen distribution and pickup points are subject to change due to mission requirements. Linen handling will comply with American National Standards Institute/Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation publication (ANSI/AAMI ST 65:2008). Rental White Flat sheets ~ �63� x 100,� 50, weekly Rental White Fitted sheets ~ 36� x 77,� 50, weekly Rental White Pillow Cases �20, monthly Rental Thin White Hand Towel �200, monthly� Rental Thin White Bath Towel �200, monthly Rental Laundry Hamper 1, monthly This requirement will consist of base year, option years, and the option to extend for six (6) months.�
