Description: Solicitation N00421-22-Q-0431 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for the Narda-MITEQ RF Monitors, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered. � You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. �Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote. �If two or more quotes are equal the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
