THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL � Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Radiology Department at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, MD), intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�the AGFA Corporation, �611 River Dr Ctr 3, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition,�FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source.
