NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to award a sole source purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC, 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Suite 800 Herndon, VA� 20171. This supply requirement is for the purchase of technical support and yearly software maintenance on the following Autodesk software products: 30 Each PN: 9701-1008750 Autodesk AutoCAD Annual Subscription Renewal, 8 Each PN: 9701-1008734 Autodesk Architecture Engineering Construction Collection, 4 Each PN: 9701-1008851 Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection,1 Each PN: 9911-1832 Synergis Vertical Solutions Helpdesk Support 1 Year, 20 Each PN: 9701-1004935� Autodesk AutoCAD Annual Subscription Renewal. The Autodesk Collection is a proprietary software suite developed by Autodesk, Inc. DLT Solutions, LLC is currently the only vendor providing AutoDesk software support under the Department of Defense (DoD) ESI program and is a required source for this purchase. The Government intends to acquire this supply under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party that can provide this supply, without compromising manufacturing delivery, warranty, or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities that may be considered by Tobyhanna Army Depot.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The capability statement, a price list and any other information furnished must be via email only and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirements. Capability statements and related materials must be e-mailed to Melissa Hoffman at Melissa.hoffman4.civ@army.mil by 10:00 AM EST on 23 August 2022.
